The world and the way we do business has been upended in recent weeks by unprecedented measures taken to slow the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses have transitioned to work-from-home models, including those that never considered or prepared for telecommuting. Employees are at home, sometimes with their children, whose school has either been put on hold or moved online.

It’s a time that prompts fear, anxiety, uncertainty and stress. Business owners and executives are concerned about how to keep up culture and adhere to deadlines. Some businesses face dire challenges in the face of disrupted supply chains or customers who are forced to stay home.
